Return Policy

At Jay’s Electronics, we strive to provide a smooth and fair return process while preventing fraud and misuse. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following return terms:

Return Window

  • We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The serial number must match our records. If the serial number does not match, no refund will be granted.
  • The item must be in the same condition as shown in the photos/videos recorded prior to shipment. Any signs of tampering, modification, or damage beyond the original condition will void the return.
  • If returning an Apple device, it must not have an active owner/Apple ID/iCloud account. If an item is returned with an account still attached, we reserve the right not to process the refund until the device is fully removed from the account and we can verify it.

Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy

  • If an item is claimed to be defective on arrival, we will thoroughly test it using industry-standard diagnostics. Our trained professionals will determine the condition, and their assessment is final and not open for debate.
  • If the item is confirmed defective, we will issue a refund. If the item is found to be fully functional, the return may be subject to the $9 restocking fee or denied if the product was misrepresented as faulty.

Restocking Fee

  • A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless we are at fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, confirmed defective).
  • This fee is non-negotiable and applies to each returned item.

Non-Refundable Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The returned item is not in the same condition as received.
  • The item is missing accessories, damaged, or altered.
  • The serial number does not match our records.
  • An Apple device is still linked to an Apple ID/iCloud account.

Final Terms

  • Refunds will be processed only after the item has been inspected and verified.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to these terms, and we, as the website owner, have the right to enforce them.
