At Jayโs Electronics, we aim to ensure that all orders are shipped securely and efficiently. By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:
Shipping Carrier & Service
- We only ship using USPS Ground Advantage for all orders.
- We do not offer expedited shipping or alternate carriers at this time.
Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, including but not limited to weather, holidays, or operational disruptions.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct before completing the purchase.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it will be our sole discretion whether to reship it. If we choose to reship, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, we are no longer responsible for it.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, the buyer must contact USPS directly to file a claim.
- We do not issue refunds or replacements for stolen or lost packages after USPS marks them as delivered.
- If a package is significantly delayed, buyers should allow at least 7-10 business days before contacting USPS for resolution.
Damaged Shipments
- If an item arrives damaged in transit, buyers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will work with USPS to determine the next steps, but all claims must be filed through USPS.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Final Terms
- By placing an order, you agree to this policy, and we reserve the right to enforce these terms.
- We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages beyond our control once the item has been shipped.
