  • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  • All products sold are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
  • Orders may be canceled at our discretion if fraud is suspected.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless explicitly stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship using USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Processing times are 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other external factors.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it is at our sole discretion whether to reship it. If we choose to reship, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
  • Once an item is marked delivered by USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. If you did not receive your package, you must contact USPS directly.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer 30-day returns, provided the item meets the following conditions:
    • The serial number must match our records.
    • The item must be in the same condition as shown in our pre-shipping records.
    • Apple devices must be free from any active owner accounts (iCloud, Apple ID, etc.).
    • If an item is claimed defective on arrival, we will conduct a full diagnostic test. Our trained professionals will determine the item’s condition, and their decision is final and non-debatable.
  • A $9 restocking fee applies to all returns unless we are at fault. This fee is non-negotiable.
  • Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and verified.

5. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

  • We do not offer manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
  • Jays Electronics LLC is not responsible for any misuse, damage, or harm caused by our products, whether it be to property, health (physical or mental), financial loss, or any other damage resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
  • We do not guarantee that the operation of our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • All trademarks, logos, brand names, and product images displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.
  • We are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or any other brand mentioned on our site.
