Jay's Electronics is an independent reseller. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or any other brand we sell. Apple, AirPods, iCloud and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. Brand names are used only to identify products. Rights holders can contact us at support@jays-electronics.com.

Refurbished products
All products are refurbished and graded Excellent, Good or Fair. Refurbished means previously owned, inspected, tested and cleaned by us. All items are original Apple products. We don't replace, repair or add parts, and we don't use third-party components. Each listing shows the grade, model number and firmware version. Our Condition Guide explains each grade. Many items, including AirPods parts, are sold individually. A part that works as described but won't pair with your existing set or account isn't defective.

Warranty
Items include a 30-day warranty from delivery covering functional defects, as described in our Return Policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Order recording
All items are photographed and video-recorded, including serial numbers, before shipment. We use these records to verify returns and resolve disputes.

Written communication
Cancellations, returns, replacements, shipping claims and disputes are handled in writing at support@jays-electronics.com with your order number. We don't act on requests made by phone, text message or social media.

Payments and disputes
Charges appear on your statement as SP JAYS ELECTRONICS or similar. Please contact us in writing before disputing a charge with your bank. Disputes on shipped or delivered orders will be contested with order, tracking, delivery and video records. This doesn't limit your right to make a good-faith dispute with your card issuer.

Signature confirmation
Orders over $100 ship with signature confirmation.
